Director of Nursing

* Leadership Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the care facility, including staff management, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
* Mentor and support clinical and non-clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as families, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless communication and high-quality care.
* Clinical Governance:
* Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIQA standards, and develop plans to address any areas of non-compliance.
* Monitor care plans and resident outcomes, ensuring best practice in person-centred care.
* Operational Excellence:
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
