As a Store Manager at Swarovski, you will lead and inspire a retail team, nurturing team spirit, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial success for one of the most iconic luxury brands.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programmes.
Recruit, onboard and coach talent, securing succession plans.
Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performance.
Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, loss prevention and compliance.
Ensure implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures and standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a multicultural retail environment within luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
Digital proficiency and strong operational know-how.
A winning personality that establishes trustful relationships and empowers others.
Customer-focused, curious, empathetic, results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
Good English language skills.
