Work Location: Stocking Lane, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, Ireland Weekly work hours: 39 hours (Monday to Friday) Contract Type: Permanent (onsite during probationary period; hybrid working may be available thereafter) Reports to: Head of People Culture About Bloomfield: Bloomfield Hospital is a 131-bed in-patient mental health service, registered as an approved centre with the Mental Health Commission.

About the Role: Working as part of an energetic and highly professional HR team, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the People Culture strategy is achieved through best-in-class HR practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities will include: Deliver an outstanding HR service to our colleagues, stakeholders and third parties.
Manage the internal mandatory training schedule, booking system and all related communications.
Provide accurate and up to date training reports and analytics in a timely manner.
Manage HR related administration including employment contracts, compliance documentation, leave management, attrition and recruitment trackers.
Manage and support the operation of the Time Attendance system.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR requirements.
Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the Head of People Culture Promote our employer brand and company culture in all interactions.
Successful Candidate: A highly motivated and positive team player with a proven track record for delivering excellent service in all aspects of HR.
Qualifications The successful candidate will hold a recognised 3 rd level qualification in Human Resource Management and will have at least 2 years post qualification experience.
Experience Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work operationally and strategically.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Experience in building effective work relationships at all levels.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work on own initiative.
Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
Personal attributes will include: A champion for best practice HR.
Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making skills.
