About the Role
We're looking for an SEO Specialist to join our growing SEO and performance marketing team based in Ireland. This remote-first role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes organic search, keeps pace with evolving trends, and is excited about how AI and multi-modal search are reshaping the landscape.
You'll collaborate closely with our SEO Lead, Director of Digital Marketing, Content, Paid Media, and Development teams to plan, implement, and optimise SEO strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. Your focus will include technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, content collaboration, backlink strategy, and performance tracking.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical and creative, proactive in exploring new SEO techniques, and confident in communicating campaign impact to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement SEO strategies across client accounts, from keyword research to technical execution
* Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve crawlability, indexation, speed, and UX
* Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking, and on-page elements for visibility and performance
* Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimise search-driven content that aligns with user intent and campaign goals
* Develop and manage effective white-hat link-building strategies to earn high-quality backlinks from relevant, authoritative domains
* Monitor, analyse, and report on organic performance using platforms like GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
* Stay informed on evolving trends in AI, multi-modal search, Google algorithm updates, and emerging SERP features
* Regularly communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients
* Contribute to SEO training, internal knowledge sharing, and campaign documentation
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client setting
* Demonstrable track record of improving search rankings and driving organic growth
* Deep understanding of SEO principles, from keyword research to link building and content strategy
* Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4)
* Experience conducting SEO audits and managing implementation across teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO in clear, non-technical terms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and critical-thinking mindset
* Proactive, results-focused, and eager to stay ahead of industry developments
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* Self-starter who can manage multiple client accounts and priorities independently
* Candidates must be eligible to work full-time within the European Economic Area (EEA).
