About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team and provide high-quality support across a range of business and office functions. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage daily administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
 * Liaising with warehouse operatives and delivery drivers
 * Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
 * Support finance processes when applicable
 * Liaise with internal departments and external partners in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Skills and Experience
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
 * Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
 * A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
