We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Care Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high standards of care and support to individuals with complex needs.
The role involves working in a residential setting, providing daily care and support to service users. You will be responsible for leading a team of care workers and ensuring that all aspects of the service meet the highest standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in social care, ideally with experience of working in a residential setting. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have a minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a relevant field, as well as a minimum of two years' experience working in a social care grade with children or young people.
Other qualifications considered include Psychology (Level 8), Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling / Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences / Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care, BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching and Nursing.
You must also have a full clean manual driver's license and be flexible regarding working hours.
