Hotel Operations Manager Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced hotel operations manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 4-star hotel in Co Mayo.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel, including Food and Beverage, Rooms, and Maintenance and Engineering
* Lead and guide the team, continually improving procedures and service levels
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
* Provide mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with significant experience in managing busy food and beverage operations to the highest standards. You must have experience managing conferences, weddings, and special events, as well as a proven track record of effective leadership and team management.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a prominent 4-star hotel in Ireland
* Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
