The Role:
Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to add an experienced professional with Data Centre or Regulated Environments experience to its ranks – and the candidate can come from either an Architectural or Architectural Technologist background.
The successful candidate should have experience leading projects at all stages, interfacing with clients, and delivering complex high valued developments from inception through to delivery.
They should also have proven experience in managing teams, should be comfortable occupying a leadership remit and should bring energy & drive to this dept.
Required Background:
* Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology required
* 8+ years' experience minimum required
* Some experience in the Irish market ideally
* Significant exposure to Mission Critical & Life Sciences projects required
* Track record in leading the delivery of complex projects
* Should have a track record in managing teams
* Exposure ot interfacing with clients
* Aptitude or enthusiasm for business development
