About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Junior System Administrator to join our team. This role will involve providing daily support operations, working within a team to ensure users have an excellent experience with IT in their daily work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day support to end-users and systems.
2. Take ownership of IT issues and work with the team to resolve these issues;
3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of the service desk team;
4. Solve complex technical problems related to servers and laptops;
5. Install, configure, and maintain user software and communications equipment;
6. Negotiate and communicate with third-party vendors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT Support or Service, office administration experience is essential (Exchange, InTune, AAD), knowledge of Active Directory, and excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
