Our client, a top-tier main contractor with a growing footprint in the commercial and healthcare sectors, is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across multiple high-profile projects in Galway. This is a key leadership role involving oversight of junior team members, hands-on budget and procurement responsibilities, and strategic collaboration with senior operations and commercial teams.
You'll manage cost control from pre-construction through to final account, handle subcontractor procurement and payments, ensure project documentation is maintained to company standards, and oversee variation accounts to ensure cash flow is maintained. The role demands both a sharp commercial mind and strong interpersonal skills.
