Field Sales / Account Manager – Pharmacy & Retail Leinster Based | Field-based We're hiring on behalf of a growingbeauty distribution businessthat partners with leading pharmacy groups and retail customers across Ireland.
This is afield-based commercial rolefor someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong relationships, and taking full ownership of accounts from day one.
It's not a hard-sell role.
It's about credibility, consistency, and growing accounts properly.
What you'll be doing:
• Managing and growing key pharmacy group accounts
• Developing new business across pharmacy chains, department stores, salons and spas
• Owning the day-to-day commercial relationship with your accounts
• Driving sell-in of existing ranges and new product launches
• Negotiating confidently around margins, free goods and promotions
• Securing shelf space, merchandising and in-store brand visibility
• Supporting campaigns, launches and in-store events
• Training staff and ensuring excellent brand knowledge
• Planning monthly visits and online meetings in advance
• Providing weekly call reports and keeping accurate account records What they're looking for:
• Proven field sales or account management experience
• Background in pharmacy, FMCG, beauty or health is a strong advantage
• Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
