The ideal candidate will work closely with Accounts Payable to investigate and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow established procedures and policies to ensure quality and consistency in procurement practices.
* Create purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to gather required data for project completion and process improvements.
* Provide exceptional customer service support to internal business partners and procurement teams.
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or a related field.
* Proven ability to identify key purchasing-related issues and recommend solutions.
* Customer service experience with a focus on delivering results-oriented support.
* Familiarity with Source to Pay processes and technologies.
