Job Description
Duties
Flexible to work mornings and afternoons
Have a pleasant, approachable and welcoming nature
Adhere to Finglas Childcare policies and procedures and relevant childcare legislation
Assist Senior Childcare staff in implementing daily routines, positive interactions, observations, and conflict resolution
Support children's development
Support children during personal routines – feeding, toileting
Ensure children's health and well‑being is protected
Ensure the work area is clean
Attend required training to progress your career in the Childcare Sector
Avail of support and supervision
Be willing to gain your Childcare Qualification and take part in all mandatory and any further training to enhance your career goals
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
