Night Auditor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team.
* Reception duties including check-in/check-out and ensuring all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently
* To complete the night audit for the hotel and oversee overall operations of the hotel
* Ensuring regular night-shift duties are completed, including room service, residents' bar, and cleaning duties
Responsibilities
* Setting up and cleaning meeting rooms as required and maintaining cleanliness of public areas
* Ensuring effective handover to the day Reception shift and organizing luggage for group departures
* Responsible for the cleaning & sanitization of areas in the hotel, including lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas, and meeting rooms
