Key Role in Consultancy Services
You will play a crucial part in delivering a diverse range of consultancy services, including Technical Due Diligence, Pre-Acquisition and Pre-Disposal surveys, Defects Analysis, Dilapidations, and Landlord & Tenant advisory.
This is an opportunity to contribute to both standalone and multi-disciplinary projects, working closely with clients across various sectors.
The role requires strong technical knowledge of building construction, materials, and systems, as well as experience in identifying building defects and providing rectification advice.
Familiarity with Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and property law is also essential.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills are required for this position.
The ideal candidate will have Chartered status with RICS/SCSI and/or Registered Building Surveyor and a degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (e.g. engineering or construction)
* Chartered status with RICS/SCSI and/or Registered Building Surveyor
* Strong technical knowledge of building construction, materials, and systems
* Experience in identifying building defects and providing rectification advice
* Familiarity with Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and property law
* Proven experience in dilapidations and Landlord & Tenant matters
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
* Full driving licence and access to own transport
