Located in Infineon’s Dublin City Centre Office, the successful candidate will be part of the largest customer-facing supply chain management team in Europe. The role is a temporary position for 12 months, covering a maternity leave, and involves managing demand fulfillment and logistics for a specific customer portfolio, working as part of the demand creation team within the corporate supply chain organization.

Our Customer Supply Chain Management team focuses on delivering premium customer services to both internal and external partners, emphasizing teamwork.
In your new role you will:
1. Work as part of a dynamic team of over 24 nationalities.
2. Represent Infineon Technologies directly to our valued global customer portfolio.
3. Utilize reporting platforms effectively to gather data and present reports to customers, external stakeholders, and occasionally to management teams at Infineon.
4. Have opportunities to travel to customer and Infineon sites.
This is a 12-month temporary position covering maternity leave.

Candidate Profile
You are a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels. You work with urgency, attention to detail, and a zero-defect mindset, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Proactive and independent, you take initiative and make confident decisions to drive results.
Minimum Qualifications
* Third-level qualification in business or a related discipline
* Preference for Supply Chain/Operations emphasis or proven 1-year experience in Supply Chain Management and/or customer-related environments
* Fluency in English and German
* Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, Jira, and Tableau
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in required languages
