Re:work is partnering with Notion at an important point in their global growth. They're expanding their presence in Europe and hiring two Dublin-based Recruiters who will help lay the groundwork for their GTM organisation.
These roles sit within a small Recruiting team that works closely with the business. The work is hands-on, the expectations are clear, and you will see the impact of what you build. If you want to help shape how a well-known product company grows its commercial teams in Europe, this is a meaningful opportunity.
Why Notion is Different
Most SaaS companies scale in familiar ways: big marketing budgets, heavy sales engines, and fast headcount growth. Notion took a different path.
Its growth came from thoughtful product design, a strong community, and people sharing the product with others long before any formal GTM function existed. Notion has also been profitable since 2018, which is unusual in the industry and says a lot about how the company operates.
Here are a few reasons experienced recruiters find Notion appealing:
1. A product people genuinely value
Notion has broad and genuine adoption. Engineers, sales teams, operators, creators, students, and leaders all use it. As a recruiter, you start conversations with candidates who already know the product and usually have an opinion about it.
2. A company that cares about how things are done
Notion is known for being deliberate and detail-oriented. The way they approach product development carries through to hiring. Recruiters work with teams who have a clear sense of what great looks like and take the process seriously.
3. Community-driven growth
Notion didn't rely on a large commercial engine to reach scale. It grew because people shared it. That creates a warmer environment for outreach and a level of brand recognition that helps in competitive markets.
4. GTM is entering a new phase
Notion is being thoughtful about how GTM evolves. For recruiters, this means:
* hiring for new markets
* shaping sourcing strategy
* influencing how teams develop
* working closely with leaders who value clarity
5. A long-term approach to building teams
Notion avoids unnecessary complexity and doesn't hire for the sake of headcount. They value clear processes, good communication, and steady foundations. It's a considered environment rather than a chaotic one, which many recruiters appreciate.
This is a stage where GTM will become a more central part of the business, and you'll be involved early in that shift.
