Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

* Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements
* Schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates using our ATS System
* Process candidate documentation, conduct reference checks, and support background screening processes
* Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

Candidate Experience

* Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process
* Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in partnership with Core HR
* Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions for new hires

Process & Compliance

* Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
* Support job posting processes across multiple platforms and job boards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* HR Degree or Degree from a relevant discipline
* Experience working in a Human Resource Department preferably in the recruitment division
* Relevant knowledge of employment legislation
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
* Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
* Experience using HR Systems and maintaining databases
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
