The
SuccessFactors Analyst
will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and optimising the SAP SuccessFactors suite to meet evolving business needs. This position sits within a central Group IT function and supports the organisation's ongoing HR digital transformation journey.
Working as part of a wider SAP team (including specialists in SAP FICO, MM, SD, and Payroll), the analyst will ensure HR systems are robust, integrated, and aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* System Configuration & Support
– Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation. Ensure system stability, resolve user issues, and maintain data integrity.
* Integration & Collaboration
– Support integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to align system functionality with organisational goals.
* Continuous Improvement
– Identify and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system performance. Stay current with new SuccessFactors features and best practices.
* Testing & Release Management
– Support testing, validation, and documentation during release cycles or system upgrades.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules
* Strong understanding of HRIS data flows and system integrations
* Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting system issues
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desirable Skills
* Experience with SAP Payroll or Time & Attendance systems
* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
* Previous involvement in a SuccessFactors implementation project
* Working knowledge of MS Access or similar tools
