About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing legal documents, liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, scheduling appointments, conducting Land Registry and local authority searches, and performing general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage legal documents for property sales and purchases
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
* Schedule appointments and maintain diaries
* Conduct Land Registry and local authority searches
* File management, data entry, and general office duties
* Support the conveyancer with correspondence and file tracking
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in a legal secretary role
