Finishing Foreman - Clare
We are currently recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a project based in Co. Clare. This is a permanent, full‑time position offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to progress their career on technically challenging and high‑quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all finishing trades to ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality project delivery
Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring efficient sequencing of finishing works
Manage daily and weekly work programmes in line with the overall construction schedule
Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to ensure smooth site coordination
Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, Building Regulations, and QA procedures
Identify, manage, and close out snagging and defects efficiently
Maintain strong health & safety standards across all finishing activities
Order and track materials to prevent delays and maintain workflow
Monitor labour, plant, and site resources effectively
Maintain daily site records including progress, manpower, and key activities
Attend site meetings and report on progress, risks, and programme status
Requirements
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar senior site finishing role
Strong knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and construction sequencing
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Trade background or relevant construction qualification desirable
