We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor is to enhance & manage day to day restaurant operations, ensuring everything is in place for beverage service across the hotel in all beverage outlets, supervising beverage outlets on shift and managing staff in order to allocate resources where needed. This includes: Staff supervision: Training any staff on duty to the expected four star standard Ensuring staff are presentable and well groomed Reallocating staff members and resources to other beverage outlets as service dips and rises in order to ensure efficiency Management of rosters and Timepoint Checking the opening and closing of beverage outlets is done correctly, ensuring SOPs and cleaning procedures are in place and signed Allocating tasks to members of staff and checking they are completed Ensuring staff remain productive at all times Ensuring staff are following all policies and procedures in place Customer Service: Remaining positive at all times throughout shift, leading and setting a positive example for the team Engaging with customers in a friendly manner and ensuring the team are also, always meet and greet guests etc. Dealing with any issues customers have and resolving issues that may arise Listening to and understanding customer feedback and actioning on it to ensure satisfaction from our guests Skills: Cocktail Bartending Mixology Wine quality Craft Beer Barista Training
