Site Manager – Wexford

Company Overview:
A main contractor who has ongoing projects throughout Ireland are seeking a Site Manager to support their team on a new build commercial and residential project in Wexford.
Job Summary:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
* Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
* Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
* Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
* Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager working with a main contractor.
* 7+ years working is a site management position.
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
* Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
* Computer literate.
* Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
