Supply chain specialist

Job Description:
As a Supplier Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the technical leadership and resolution of non-conformances with product, materials and equipment's in the supply chain. This involves working closely with vendors/suppliers and engineering project teams on incoming consumables and materials.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Technical Team Member on teams comprising representatives from Purchasing, Supplier Quality and Business Units responsible for all aspects of Supplier Management.
* Demonstrates Technical skills in Commodity Management.
* Responsible for supporting objectives of the Team in terms of Quality, Cost and Service.

In order to succeed in this role you should have;
A minimum of 2+ years experience is required as well as strong communication skills. Ideal candidates would come from a supplier quality background however this is not essential.
