Enviro FM are seeking Experienced General Operatives to join our well-established nationwide property management and maintenance company.
This role will be based primarily in the Dublin area, with occasional travel as required.

We are looking for skilled, motivated individuals who can work independently and ensure high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves a wide variety of general maintenance and repair duties, including but not limited to:
Touch-up painting and patchwork
Power washing
Affixing and mounting signage (including pole-mounted signs)
Adjusting door closers / installing door stoppers
Replacing or refitting carpet and ceiling tiles
Repairing leaking taps
Fixing or tightening loose/broken door handles
Tiling and tile grouting
Replacing seals on shower doors
Resealing around sinks, showers, etc.
Rehanging or adjusting blinds
Routine sprinkler checks
Fire safety checks
Block entrance door inspections, greasing, and oiling
ACO drainage checks
Green roof visual inspections
Other general maintenance duties across apartments and common areas
Requirements & Experience
4–5 years' experience in property maintenance or facilities management (residential and/or commercial)
Trade qualification preferred (other relevant experience will be considered)
Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full clean driving licence required
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve effectively
Punctual, reliable, with a positive, can-do attitude
