As Head of Operations and Sales, you’ll bring together the strategic and the tactical. You'll oversee sales operations, drive process optimisation, and ensure seamless middle- and back-office execution, all while enabling the advisory and sales teams to scale with confidence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Sales Operations Leadership
* Design and manage the firm’s end-to end sales operations: pipeline tracking, forecasting, territory planning, and reporting
* Deliver data-driven insights to optimise performance, reduce sales cycle time, and support ambitious growth targets
Operational Oversight
* Take ownership of all back office operations, including onboarding, trade execution, settlements, client reporting, and reconciliations
* Ensure operational compliance and manage vendor performance, system integrations, and day-to-day service levels
Team & Stakeholder Management
* Lead and support a high-performing mid-office and operations team through coaching, training, and performance frameworks
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Advisors, Compliance, Finance, and IT to align workflows and deliver key initiatives
Process & Technology Optimisation
* Own and optimise the tech stack, including CRM, trade systems, reporting tools, and more
* Identify opportunities to automate, standardise, and improve operations across the firm
ABOUT THE PERSON:
* 7+ years’ experience in operations leadership, ideally within financial services, wealth or asset management, but not essential
* Deep familiarity with private-client or advisory models and regulated investment environments
* Strong technical skills across CRM (e.g. Salesforce), back-office systems, and reporting platforms
* An analytical mindset, confident working with data to inform decisions and track performance
* Proven leadership qualities, with the ability to build trust, drive performance, and communicate with clarity
