The Opportunity
In this role you will:
* Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts; profit and loss account and balance sheet in line with Group set deadlines.
* Review monthly Group overheads and provide analysis and commentary to the Director of Financial Reporting
* Liaise with other departments to understand overhead variances versus budget/forecast
* Review data entry, control accounts, reconciliations and processes by AR & AP staff
* Review monthly payroll and support the payroll process as required.
* Assist the Director of Financial Reporting and other team members with consolidated reporting, including preparation of monthly pack
* Knowledge Transfer – provide training and support to junior members of the team and play an active role in their development.
* Liaise with other departments regarding accounts matters.
* Prepare year end files for audit and tax returns.
* Assist with the external audit where required.
* Involvement in finance projects as required.
* Ad hoc tasks as required.

* ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-3 years post qualification industry experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent Excel skills are a necessity
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful
* Strong team player
* Innovative
* Flexible and capable of achieving results in a changing work environment
* Experience working within a multicurrency environment would be an advantage
* Computer systems covered: MS Suite plus Accounts packages
* All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
