Executive Culinary Leader
A highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director is required to lead our kitchen operation through a period of continued growth. This role will be heavily focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences for guests at high-volume banquets, weddings, and events.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, a passion for quality produce, and proven experience in leading large-scale catering operations. You will be responsible for setting the culinary direction, managing kitchen teams, and ensuring that all events meet the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
You will work closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a flexible approach to working hours including weekends and peak event periods. This opportunity offers creative input into menus and event offerings as well as support from senior management team members.
