Group Director of Sales and Marketing – hotel group – Dublin

Website and Media Management
* Management of the company website and the affiliate hotel websites, Instagram, and Twitter sites
* Managing and directing all Sales and Marketing platforms
* Promote all Group activities through websites and media platforms
* Responsible for all PR and Media activities
* Responsible for preparing the annual Sales and Marketing budget and financial plans
* Understand, leverage, and implement corporate and affiliate brand tools to exceed budgets
* Achieve all personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability across all hotels
* Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share, and monitor performance to ensure sales meet or exceed plans
* Recommend and implement new sales programs at hotels and track ROI with direction from GRM
* Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase hotels to potential clients. Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new business and increase sales opportunities
Line Management Duties
* Carry out HR duties such as interviewing, 1:1’s, appraisals, and personal development of team members
* Deliver training and coaching to team members. Spot re-training needs as they arise
* Ensure team’s continual development through training, workshops, and further education opportunities
Guest Experience
Drive customer loyalty to grow share of accounts by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience using brand tools
