Health & Safety Professional - Civils Sector
We are currently recruiting a Health and Safety Professional to contribute to the coordination of health and safety across an organisation. This role involves supporting the development of policies to reduce potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stay up-to-date with current policies and procedures.
* Communicate with senior management and site teams on health and safety requirements for sites.
* Promote health and safety on site.
* Manage the EHS Management System on site to comply with legislation, company procedures, and ISO requirements.
* Implement method statements and assessments.
* Plan and coordinate training, maintaining records.
* Organise site visits, assessments, and reporting.
* Provide information to support pre-qualification requirements for various clients.
Requirements:
* A background in health and safety.
* At least 3 years' experience in a relevant position, preferably within civils.
* Recognised health and safety certification.
* NEBOSH certification is highly valued.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office.
* A full driving license.
