About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in providing exceptional support services. As we continue to expand and grow, this key role plays a crucial part in ensuring our services meet the highest standards.
Purpose of the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a residential service, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislative requirements. They will work autonomously and take initiative to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on shift when on duty in the service
* Participate in the provision of direct care to individuals, following established care plans, protocols, and procedures
* Assist in assessing the needs of individuals under care and developing individualised care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care
* A relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Social or Health Care
* Level 6 Management qualification
* Full current driving license with full eligibility to drive in Ireland, and access to a vehicle
