Freenow by Lyft for Client Travel is a product designed for businesses, primarily hotels, to quickly and easily book transport for their guests. Our key target industries are hospitality venues (hotels and restaurants) and automotive services. We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to join our Client Travel team in Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new prospects that align with our target accounts, as well as managing and growing existing business. Your key objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be equipped with a sales engagement platform to master your outreach strategies and significantly boost conversion rates. Your daily adventures will include
Our Sales team is the engine that steers new customer acquisition and engagement across Europe: our salespeople can do it all from prospecting to acquisition. They conquer markets with a value-based solution oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at environmentally friendly rocket speed
This role is predominantly field based and you will be meeting clients face to face to make them fall in love with our solution. You will run the onboarding process to make sure Freenow’s technology helps our clients in their day to day business.
Be involved in product improvements and work on marketing strategies
Last but not least you will manage your portfolio of existing clients including relationship meetings, look for cross and upsell opportunities as well as monitor their booking behaviour closely.
To be successful in this role
2+ years of sales experience with proven track record of reaching/overachieving sales targets (knowledge of hospitality industry desirable but not a must)
Love being on the move

You can make data-driven decisions
Enjoy speaking and meeting new people and you know how to engage with them
Relish getting to know your customers to then collaborate with internal teams to improve our products for them
