R&D Program Lead
Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead technical projects within a complex matrix of cross-functional groups.
* Oversees the planning, development, and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manages multiple concurrent projects, fostering collaboration and buy-in among teams and leaders.
* Leads team members in utilizing established project management tools and techniques to stay within authorized budget limits.
* Conducts risk assessments for technical and project-related issues, developing mitigation plans to minimize impact.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 5 years of experience in new product development within medical device engineering.
* 5+ years of applicable project or program management experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical development environments.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience applying project management tools to manage New Product Development Programs and Sustaining Engineering Projects.
The successful candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and hold a certification in Process Excellence (Green Belt or Black Belt) or project management certification PMP.
