About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager with a hybrid mindset, someone comfortable operating across both strategic programmes and hands‑on delivery. This person should be confident leading initiatives end‑to‑end while also being adaptable enough to manage smaller, fast‑moving improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to delivery and closure, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution
Manage resources, risks, dependencies, and project reporting throughout the lifecycle
Act as the central point of coordination between business units, delivery teams, and leadership stakeholders
Produce and maintain project plans, reporting metrics, and performance tracking (cost, scope, timelines)
Oversee vendor engagement, including selection processes and delivery oversight where required
Support continuous improvement initiatives, particularly across digital platforms and customer journeys
Contribute to projects involving AI, automation, and process optimisation, helping drive efficiency and innovation
Background
5+ years delivering projects in technology, digital, or transformation environments
Formal project management certification or equivalent experience
Experience working with Agile frameworks and iterative delivery models
Familiarity with customer-facing platforms, digital journeys, or product delivery
Exposure to AI, automation, or data-led initiatives
Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving
Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office and project tracking/reporting tools
Background in fast-paced or evolving organisations where priorities shift regularly
