This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager located in County Donegal, Ireland. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bar, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. The individual will also handle scheduling, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Bar Manager will work on promoting the bar to increase sales and profitability.
