Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement team in the role of Administrative Professional. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement processes and tenders
* Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures
* Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager
* Assist with report writing and data analysis
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes
Requirements:
* Qualification in Public Administration or related field
* Good knowledge of Irish and EU public administration rules and regulations
* Minimum 4 years' experience in an administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks
