Building Operations Manager
This role is designed to assist in the management of a commercial property within our property management portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial property management environment and possess strong technical knowledge and/or facilities management experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage planned and reactive works by engaging contractors via our purchase order system.
* Review and approve invoices via our Yardi Property Management System.
* Work with senior team members to prepare budgets each year.
* Liaise with tenants on a regular basis regarding general operations within the properties managed.
* Review, negotiate, and tender works to contractors in respect of service contracts.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A property or facility management qualification is required.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* A can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team are necessary.
* Excellent IT and organisational skills are also required.
