BOOKEEPER & FINANCE ADMINISTRATORIrish Pensions & Finance is an established pension brokerage working with the public and private sector. We have over 30,000 clients and run over 140 Group AVC Schemes.We require an ambitious, career-driven Financial Administrator to join our team.The Bookkeeper & Finance Administrator will report to the Finance Director. The main responsibility of the post is the maintenance of financial records, the processing of income and expenditure transactions, assisting in processing of payroll, and the undertaking of a range of financial reporting and administrative tasks.The post operates in a team environment and will be expected to work in a collaborative way with staff.The Role:Process supplier invoicesAdminister Purchase OrdersProcess transactions & journalsReconcile bank and credit card transactionsMaintain Fixed Asset RegisterMaintain petty cashAssist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsProvide support with budgeting and forecastingAdminister staff expense claimsAssist in the preparation and processing of payrollWith the Finance Director, improve financial controls within the organisationGeneral administration duties, filing etc.The Candidate:Bookkeeping qualificationKnowledge of accounting principles and practices1 – 2 years' experience working in a Finance roleExperience of working with Sage Intacct desirableWork well under pressure, with strong attention to detail.Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems.Excellent Communication skillsTeam player with attention to detail, and an ability to work on own initiativeStrong organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyHigh level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial informationThe Company will provide:Salary of €33,000 - €36,000 (depending on experience)Full trainingFinancia lsupport for further qualificationsEntrance to company pension scheme after 1 yearEntrance to company life cover scheme after 1 yearFacility to work from home (hyrbrid) upon completion of full training scheduleFlexi-time system available upon completion of full training scheduleJob Type: Full-timePay: €33,000.00-€36,000.00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionFlexitimeOn-site parkingWork from homeAbility to commute/relocate:Dublin 15, CO.
