Project Manager/Building Surveyor Location: Dublin & Surrounding Areas Salary: €50,000+ (DOE) + Company Car + Benefits Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview Join a leading Retrofit Company delivering energy upgrades across Dublin and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on Project Management role which involves coordinating retrofit works and ensuring smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Communicate with homeowners to explain upgrade works (e.g. heat pumps, window replacement, external wall insulation, cavity wall insulation, Internal wall insulation, attic insulation and ventilation); Manage the job lifecycle, coordinating between subcontractors, internal staff, and homeowners; Ensure that the company Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times; Upkeep of the construction management system on a weekly basis; Oversee project progress and ensure snag-free completion. Requirements 3 years plus experience in a project management role or a similar construction-related role; Strong communication and organisational skills; Ability to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders simultaneously; Computer Literate; Full EU driving licence required.
