We are expanding our Outsourcing department and seek an experienced Director to oversee a significant client portfolio, drive business development, and ensure high-quality delivery. This role offers excellent progression opportunities to Partner level.

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting: Outsourced bookkeeping, management accounts, financial statements, tailored industry solutions.
2. Payroll Services: End-to-end payroll processing, compliance, tax filings, employee benefits.
3. Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, strategic insights.
4. Corporate Secretarial Services: Regulatory filings, company formation, statutory records.
5. Systems Implementation and Support: Implementing and optimizing accounting systems.
6. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Outsourced finance and accounting operations to reduce costs and improve focus.
7. International Outsourcing Services: Solutions for multi-national companies, cross-jurisdictional compliance.
The Opportunity
Due to growth and expansion, we are recruiting an Outsourcing Director to lead a dynamic team, manage key clients, and contribute to firm growth. This role offers challenging and rewarding work in an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Lead key client portfolios, ensure quality and timeliness.
2. Business Development: Drive growth through opportunities, tenders, and initiatives.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor professionals, promote positive work culture.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of work and professionalism.
5. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and achieve objectives.
6. Strategic Planning: Support department growth and improvement.
7. Collaboration and Leadership: Work with senior management to foster growth.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Qualified ACA/ACCA with senior practice experience at a Top 10 firm.
2. Proven leadership in managing teams and diverse clients.
3. Strong client relationship and commercial skills.
4. Exceptional technical knowledge, communication, and financial modeling skills.
5. Leadership, mentoring, and collaborative mindset.
6. Business acumen to drive growth and expansion.
