**Job Title:** Healthcare Assistant - Day Services * The role and responsibility of a Healthcare Assistant include the following: to train, provide support and encourage service users to participate fully in their work, activation, training and education programmes. The healthcare assistant is a member of the day services department. They will deliver care in conjunction with the wider multidisciplinary team and other relevant agencies.
