Fixed-Term, 6 Months, Full-time role, 35 hours per week
Role:
The General Services functions include property and estates management, minor capital projects, maintenance, and catering. The Senior Assistant will support the Head of General Services and Capital Projects in management and administration of various projects and will oversee the small Maintenance and Catering teams at CRC’s main site in Clontarf.
Requirements:
Qualifications / Experience:
* Hold a Level 8 (or higher) QQI major award in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying, accredited by a relevant professional institute.
* OR be a member of a relevant professional body such as SCSI, RICS, Engineers Ireland, or RIAI.
* OR be eligible for registration under the Building Control Act 2007.
* OR hold an equivalent qualification.
And:
* At least four years’ experience in architecture, engineering, or surveying, including building maintenance or mechanical/electrical services.
* High standard of technical training and experience.
* Strong knowledge, administrative capacity, and suitability for the role.
