This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator with experience to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What's on Offer:Negotiable salary depending on experienceMonday to Friday Your new role includes:Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices & credit notes, process payment receipts, carryout reconciliations & issue monthly statements.Ensure collection targets are met while maintaining a customer-centric approach.Review and approve new credit applications, set up new accounts, manage credit limits, credit insurance, and monitor high-risk accounts.Provide regular reporting on debtors, payments, aged balances, and bad debt provisions.Prepare bank lodgements to ensure timely and accurate processing.Assist in audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Experience you need:At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer facing role, ideally in a construction or engineering company.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with accounting systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive customer relationships.Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
