We're looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who's friendly, organised, has a can do manner and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
* Act as the Direct point of contact for customer enquiries Before, During and after Project .
* Manage and schedule customer Stages efficiently.
* Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Keep records and job schedules up to date in our system.
* Liaise with project manager to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent spoken English a must .
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Confident using phones, email, and basic scheduling systems.
* A friendly and professional manner.
* Experience in construction, home services, or trades is a bonus (but not essential).
