This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities, ensuring smooth Contract management, pre-employment checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a HR Department
* Experience in recruitment and selection
* Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience
* Communicates clearly, effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Proven track record of managing high volumes of administrative activity
* Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail, administration and organisational skills
* Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role
* Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
* Evidence of continuous professional development
