Estimating & Contracts CoordinatorKilkenny – On site then HybridAttractive Salary + BenefitsA market-leading designer and manufacturer of premium shower enclosures is seeking an Estimating and Contracts Coordinator to join their established Estimating Department at their European Head Office in Kilkenny. This is a great opportunity to join a trusted brand that combines quality craftsmanship with innovation and sustainability.The successful candidate will report to the Estimating Manager and play a key role in preparing accurate costings, managing tenders, and supporting commercial projects from start to finish. This is a people-focused role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Please note: This role will be based on site in Kilkenny during the initial training period. Then move to a hybrid model (3 days in office & 2 days from home)The Role:Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing structures for projects.Analyse and refine pricing to improve margins and reduce risk.Develop and manage tender documentation.Create and interpret KPI reports for management.Monitor new business opportunities through Barbour ABI and other planning leads.Review competitor proposals and pricing strategies.Maintain and update information in the ERP system.Support the Estimating and Sales teams with general administration.Keep pricing and cost databases up to date and assist with annual budgets.Prepare forecasts for sales and margins within the Specification Channel.Tendering and Contract Management:Support the tender process and respond to related queries.Review and evaluate the commercial elements of submissions.Liaise closely with project management and commercial teams.Maintain detailed contract documentation and correspondence.Ensure renewals and renegotiations are completed on time.Use CRM tools to drive lead generation and track opportunities.What We're Looking For:3–5 years of experience in contract administration, estimating, or a similar role.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation ability.Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems.High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to work.What's on Offer:You'll be joining a company that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
