**Job Title:** Senior Behaviour Specialist
Job Description:
* To undertake Functional Assessments and develop Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) to support individuals with their behaviour, teach new skills and improve overall quality of life.
* Manage an individual caseload while ensuring that all MEBSPs are of the highest quality and compliant with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with relevant others to integrate recommendations into individual Personal Plans and provide training to front-line staff.
