Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs to meet departmental requirements.
2. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and performance metrics.
3. Provide regular reports on training progress and outcomes.
4. Respond to queries from trainers and trainees on training-related matters.
5. Collaborate with functional areas to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
6. Organize logistics for training events, including venue bookings, catering, and administrative tasks.
7. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to trainers and trainees.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain accurate data entry in training systems.
9. Support the development of training reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field is essential.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., MasterControl, Success Factors) is required.
* Proven track record as a Training Coordinator, with knowledge of training systems and methodologies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
