About the Role
The Instructor/Superior will provide key-working support and education to individuals with intellectual disabilities. This involves facilitating access to further education, employment and social networks.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.
* Provide educational programs that promote independence, self-esteem and employability skills.
* BUILD strong relationships with families, communities and employers to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Skill Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must have a relevant qualification (Level 6) in the health sector. A minimum of one year's experience working in day services or community outreach is also required.
