As our Service Administration Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role within the Service team, overseeing a team of administrators who support the service and maintenance of security systems for a wide portfolio of blue‑chip clients. You'll report directly to the Service Manager and take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, team performance, and service delivery standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of service administrators, managing daily workflow, performance, holidays, and appraisals
Oversee customer call‑outs, ensuring all requests are logged and closed accurately in SAP
Manage service contract renewals and Software Support Agreements
Produce monthly client reports and attend customer meetings with the Service Manager
Maintain PPM schedules and ensure engineers have up‑to‑date contract information
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, including invoicing, open jobs, PPM status, and contract renewals
Ensure chargeable works are invoiced promptly and support credit control activities
Coordinate with service engineers on scheduling, productivity, training, and daily operational issues
Oversee small works from customer request through to completion and invoicing
Liaise with Local Service Providers in Ireland and Europe when required
Ensure GDPR and ISO27001 compliance across the team
Provide ongoing support to the Service Manager on service admin matters
Requirements
Proven experience within a similar role in the security industry is essential.
Strong organisational skills and the confidence to lead a team
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with clients and engineers
A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
